Jim Barr has been actively studying music since the age of five. At age ten, he realized that his passion is for playing the piano. He studied music at Duquesne University where he completed a bachelor’s degree in music technology. It is apparent in his playing that his influences are diverse and broad. Ranging in everything from classical and jazz to hip hop and rock, Barr’s playing is unique as he has found his own voice through Omega Love’s modern approach to a universal sound.
